Self adhesive stick pins are used for fixing insulation materials on vertical application surfaces.
self-adhesives tandard insulation pins can be used only on straight, smooth, clean and dry
surfaces. Adhesive Surface must not be fingered. Insulation pin have a sticker backing to make
placing easier. They also have a unique Easy-Peel adhesive backing design so that there isn't
any fumbling with the release paper. self adhesive insulation pin are widely used for metal buildings,
oncrete foundations - even to the underside of wooden roofs.
For the pin ,the material usually choose stainless steel wire ,aluminum wire ,galvainzied wire ,
the wire must be annealed ,then it is soft to bend ,easy to use .For the base ,the material must be
hard and not easily deformed
The insulation pin usally install with a selt-locking washer and dome cap washer
